Signing up is free and needs no card: you start on Free. The 30 free days are for Business, where the AI is, and start the first time you try one of its features: reading the tender documents with the AI, asking AdjudicAI, preparing the automatic documents or inviting a 2nd person. You add a card and use everything for 30 days. At the end you stay subscribed to Business; cancel before then, in one click, and you pay nothing. The free period is once per company. Pro has no free days: subscribe and cancel any time.
On the yearly plan you pay for 10 months and get 12: Pro costs €990 a year, €198 less than paying monthly. You can switch at any time and what you have already paid is deducted.
The difference is the AI and the team. Pro has everything that doesn't use AI, for 1 person: the Inbox, daily alerts, market insights, the Competition of each tender and bid management. Business adds Adjudica's AI (summary, requirements, risks, AdjudicAI, automatic documents, bid draft and review), a team of up to 5 people, the shared company file, the connection to Claude and ChatGPT over MCP (the protocol that links them to Adjudica) and priority support. On Pro you mark I'm in or I'm out in the Inbox and Prepare a bid opens bid management: the stages, the checklist of what is left to submit, recording the submission and the result when base.gov publishes the contract, with deadlines and site visits in your calendar. On Business, the AI prepares the automatic documents, writes the draft and reviews the bid before you submit. No limit on the number of bids.
We look at contracts already signed for similar work, at this public body and across the country, and tell you the range the winner is likely to land in. When there are too few similar cases, we show nothing, so we never mislead you.
Free and Pro are for 1 person and 1 company. Business takes up to 5 people in one company, with roles and a shared company file. For more people or several group companies in one account, Enterprise has no limits: talk to us.
You can use Adjudica in English, but bids, declarations and quotes from the tender documents stay in Portuguese. Portuguese public procurement law (CCP, Código dos Contratos Públicos, article 58) requires bids to be submitted in Portuguese. Where it helps, we show an English translation next to the original, for reading only.
